Terms and Conditions.

Physical Damage Coverage is required and must be provided by one of the following:

1. Your personal auto policy with collision coverage. Verification required.
2. Your credit card's 'Rental Vehicle Coverage'. Verification required.
3. Your purchase of the Physical Damage Waiver. Verification required.
4. We require insurance verification as part of the rental process. Your insurance must be paid in advance for 30 days beyond the pick up date of the vehicle, with a deductible of 500 or less.  See our complete rental requirements here for more information.

Reservations are valid until one hour after pickup time.

Tolls are the renter's responsibility.  We will bill you for the cost of any tolls incurred while renting our vehicle, plus 2 per toll Admin fee for tolls inside the E-ZPass network, and 5 per toll outside of the E-ZPass Network.

Prepaid Reservation Terms and Conditions:

Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation {if $gData.vehicle.PP.total}{$gData.vehicle.PP.total}{else}{$gData.prices.total}{/if} when you reserve your car.

Please NOTE:  Prepaid Debit Cards are not accepted at this location.  Only bank issued debit cards are accepted. 

Prepaid terms and Conditions

1. The credit/debit card used to reserve the pay now rate must be in the renter's name and must be provided to NextCar at the time of rental. The name on the credit card must match the driver's name.
2. At the time of rental, you MUST produce the same credit card you paid online and valid driver's license in your name. 
3. Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation {if $gData.vehicle.PP.total}{$gData.vehicle.PP.total}{else}{$gData.prices.total}{/if} when you reserve your car. The security deposit for the vehicle will be charged when you pick up the vehicle.
4. PREPAID debit cards are not accepted at this location. (NetSpend, Bluebird, AMEX Serve,Chase Liquid, Movo, RushCard, etc)  We gladly accept bank issued debit cards.
