Prepaid Reservation Terms and Conditions:
Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car.
Please NOTE: Prepaid Debit Cards are not accepted at this location. Only bank issued debit cards are accepted.
Prepaid terms and Conditions
- The credit/debit card used to reserve the pay now rate must be in the renter's name and must be provided to NextCar at the time of rental. The name on the credit card must match the driver's name.
- At the time of rental, you MUST produce the same credit card you paid online and valid driver's license in your name.
- Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car. The security deposit for the vehicle will be charged when you pick up the vehicle.
- PREPAID debit cards are not accepted at this location. (NetSpend, Bluebird, AMEX Serve,Chase Liquid, Movo, RushCard, etc) We gladly accept bank issued debit cards.
Physical Damage Coverage is required and must be provided by one of the following:
- Your personal auto policy with collision coverage. Verification required.
- Your credit card's 'Rental Vehicle Coverage'. Verification required.
- Your purchase of the Collision/Physical Damage Waiver.
- We require insurance verification as part of the rental process. Your insurance must be paid in advance for 30 days beyond the pick up date of the vehicle, with a deductible of $1,000 or less. See our complete rental requirements here for more information.

Coverage provided by 3rd party carriers may be acceptable if the policy has been prepaid for a minimum of 30 days from the date of the rental and will provide collision and comprehensive insurance benefits to cover the rented vehicle, and Verification required.

Vehicles must be returned to Tampa Int. Airport NextCar location ( NO ONE WAY RENTALS ). Florida residents and Renters 21 to 24 years of age are permitted to rent only Economy through Full-Size Vehicles, Compact and Intermediate SUVs, Mini Vans, Cargo Vans and Cargo Trucks.FINANCIAL POLICIES
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is a $150.00 deposit over the rental amount taken at time of pick up for fly-in customers using a credit card. $350.00 for fly-in customers using a debit card. There is a $350.00 deposit over the rental amount taken at time of pick up for local customers using a credit card and $500.00 for local customers using a debit card. Prepaid Debit cards and virtual cards are NOT ACCEPTED.
Please note: Prepaid reservations require that the same card be presented at the time of rental as was used to book the prepaid reservation, and the name of the person making the reservation must be the same as the renter of the vehicle. Thank YouREFUELING POLICIES
Please return vehicle with the same amount of fuel that it left with in order to avoid a refueling surcharge.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Valid US or international driver's license is required at time of pick up. International driver's license must accompany valid country license. Renters must have a proof of their own full coverage insurance if they choose to dicline Nextcar Coverage.
